Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Musée du Louvre, the Palais Garnier, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. There are also many buses nearby the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.
This apartment is designed with an open and cosy living room, where you can relax after a long day exploring the city.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Let's be clear : the neighborhood is pretty amazing ! To be honest, it's even my favourite in Paris.Le Marais is indeed a mix of past and modernity, a very trendy place and historic area with reminiscences of the past, whose streets are know for their beauty and charm. There are more cool bars and excellent restaurants in the area than you will need !Once you pass the doors of the buiding, you will enjoy the Marais and its old streets, new shops, trendy restaurants.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Closest Stations: Rambuteau, Etienne Marcel or Chatelet-Les Halles.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

The apartment was as advertised and very large compared to most places in Paris. It was a really great value. The neighborhood is close to many great places to eat and walkable to the Louvre. However, the process of getting and dropping off the key is not convenient at all. The walk is around 12 minutes from the apartment and you pick it up from a convenience store that doesn't open until 9am. So, if you have an early flight out of Paris, you'll need to coordinate with GuestReady asap. I didn't realize this until around 24 hours before we were leaving and it took some time to get a response back from the host on what to do. The amount of towels that you're provided and amenities such as coffee left a bit to be desired. Overall, once you had the key, it was a nice place. If you're looking for a large place at a good value that's close to the Louvre/metro stations in the Le Marais neighborhood and you understand the key situation, then this is a good option.

This is luxury safe place in the middle of the bustling Beaubourg / Forum neighborhood. High enough to be above the noise, with a great balcony above the street. And so convenient to everything!
