Overlooking downtown Banner Elk & in between Sugar & Beech ski slopes. Cabin furnishings with new kitchen and bathroom. Great location, 5 minute walk to downtown with its many shops and great restaurants. Private back porch with a wooded view. Large Boulder rock fire pit with firewood included. It's approx 10 minutes to ski at Sugar and Beech Mountain. Five minute walk to Lees-McRae College. Dogs & cats allowed, maximum limit of 2, under 40lbs. Must be clean, nails trimmed, no fleas, well behaved & not bark excessively.

Very comfortable and with everything one would need. Only negative is that two of the deck chairs are very wobbly. Very rustic decor.

Great location and unit was very nicely updated. The only issue was that this is a 3 story apartment style building so you could hear every footstep of the renters upstairs all night long. Would stay here again but would get top floor only.
