Your unit has a separate designated patio space with a BBQ and conversational seating for two. Guests will share gate access leading out to the boardwalk.
San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Clean space in an excellent location to enjoy Mission Bay and Beach. Well supplied kitchen, washer/dryer. Convenient to boardwalk and Bay trail for walking/biking. We loved it.

Very clean with newer appliances and decor. We have stayed in many condos in Mission over the years. We were very pleased with how well supplied this place was. Air conditioning works fantastic and beds comfortable. The location is great. So close many businesses and the beach. Nice view of the bay out the front window. It is very Close to Mission Blvd. So it can be noisy on the little patio but that was not an issue for us because we are on the go all the time.

This rental is walking distance to Belmont Park and the beach, so very convenient. It also sits right on the bay, making it nice if you have little kids I struggled with the number of stars to give, wish I could give 3.5. The condo was clean and kitchen was really well stocked. But when we arrived the shower didn’t work in the second bath. So 5 people had to share 1 bathroom. You can imagine the wait for the shower after a long day on the water. It took them until the 3rd day to fix it because of the part needed. Plus the TV in the master didn’t work (this was fixed within a day.) We ended up ordering out for dinner while we only had one shower because by the time everyone was able to get cleaned up we were always to tired to go out, so this was a huge disappointment. The parking is really tight. We had a small suv and it didn’t really fit in the garage, we choose to park on the street out of convenience. If it wasn’t for the shower I would have given this condo a solid 4.
