This was an amazing property. Well-appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and area. Very comfortable and the patio was lovely. A bit of a pinch to park, so be sure to come in a smaller vehicle but we appreciated having the space.

Can’t beat this location, steps away from both the bay beach and ocean beach. The communication from the owner was great. The outdoor furnishings and some of the indoor supplies and decor could use a little refresh. Otherwise would definitely recommend this condo.

Was great location. Kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee maker was great with the 2 options. Rooms were a good size. Was clean. Very tight parking spot but works for the area.

Pros:- Convenient location, walking distance to everything in Mission Beach- Comfortable indoor furniture, cute beach themed decor- Easy check in & communication with property manager- Bikes are a nice amenityCons:- The unit is dated-lots of cracks, scuffs, rust, scratches in paint, baseboards, tile, bathrooms- Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced - cushions are mildewed/ripped and rattan is falling apart- The washer/dryer isn't actually in the unit - I didn't read the fine print & didn't realize you have to pay with quarters or download an app/set up an accountIt's a nice, safe place to stay if you're willing to overlook these things.
