The perfect place for your perfect beach vacation! This Mission Beach charmer is just 3 doors down from Mission Bay and just a minute's walk to the ocean, Belmont Park and the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster, as well as many restaurants/activities. The location couldn't be more central!
Great for a family of 4 or two couples. The large patio allows for a great place to relax or have a BBQ! And the one-car garage is a commodity in Mission Beach. With hardwood floors, lots of light in the living room, a flat screen TV, fully stocked kitchen, free wi-fi, and all the beach equipment you will need (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels), this is a great place to spend your next vacation. Just bring your flip flops and sunscreen!
We have beach cruisers, a 2 person kayak and paddle boards available for a nominal rental fee, ready for your use when you arrive. Each unit has exclusive use of their own side of the patio with patio table and 4 chairs. Black out curtains in the bedroom are a plus for sleeping in or snoozing after a fun day in the sun.
And if you have a baby, we offer free use of our pack and play, umbrella stroller and portable high chair!

Incredible location! 1 block to Mission Bay, 2 blocks to Mission Beach. Several excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, & activities in easy walking distance. Can’t beat it! The property is nicely situated and has all the amenities you need to have a great stay. The patio is an underrated feature, and we had it to ourselves during the stay. The garage is a nice feature yet was really tight for my SUV, just make sure to check your dimensions ahead of time. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage! Cute, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Location was just blocks from both Mission Bay and Mission Beach. Highly recommend!

Stay was fantastic, just what we needed. Close to bay, beach, shops, restaurants, activities etc. Lots of beach gear to use which was helpful. Owner is super helpful and great with communication. Would recommend to anyone thinking about staying, just the location alone is worth it!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!
Within 5 miles or 15 minutes of most attractions.
Parking is limited and difficult.
Street parking limited and more remote.
Off-street parking inside the garage is difficult - Narrow alley-way must be clear and vehicle must be backed into the smaller, narrow garage. (Compact SUV, Toyota RAV4, difficult)
