An overview:
This luxury apartment promises a perfect vacation without any restrictions. Spanning 116 m² plus a 10 m² terrace, a truly special kind of accommodation awaits you. A dream living space with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen and dining area serves as the social hub of this living experience. Windows offering a unique panoramic view of the mountains invite you to linger and enjoy the moment. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. Two bedrooms—one accommodating three people, a double bedroom for two, and an additional sleeping area for up to two people that can also be used as a living space—provide guests with the privacy they need. The beds are longer than standard, measuring 210 cm. You’ll also find a large entryway here—a feature that’s hard to come by these days. To support your well-being, we offer an infrared sauna and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The center of Zell am Ziller is just a 10-minute walk away. The Ziller Promenade or the Holzweg trail through the forest are particularly well-suited for walks.
Heating is, of course, provided by the central heating system. Wi-Fi access and use of the heated outdoor communal hot tub are free of charge.
Bed linens and towels—three per person in various sizes—are provided in the apartment.

The Steiner's are great hosts and have a beautiful flat very close to the center of Zell am Ziller. Check-in and check-out was easy and you can even order fresh bread for the mornings. The kitchen and dinner area is really nice for cooking and eating. It's an easy 12 minute walk to the closest Zillertalbahn stop and the closest skibus stop is across the street. Can't recommend this place enough.

This apartment was luxurious and the facilities were amazing. It was clean, a great family apartment and the hosts were very nice and friendly. I would go back again and recommend highly.

We loved this place and would choose it again. The apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped. The fine details on the property were outstanding, and beyond what we have seen at other places we have rented. Helmet was very kind and welcoming, hosting a small gathering for us and the other group staying on site. That was fun, and made it more comfortable for all of us. The location was great, with easy access to town and everything we needed. If we were coming back to that area again, we would book here, no hesitation.
