על פניו מקום חדש אבל בקרת תחזוקה לא קיימת לא יתכן שראש גשם במקלחת מפוצץ ומשפריץ לכל הכיוונים החלונות לא מוגנים על ידי רשת יש במקום זבובים דבורות ועוד מעופפים מטרידים קטנים מאוד אבל כפי שציינתי מארח אדיב ונחמד אבל כנאמר ביזנס זה ביזנס וצריך לתחזק ולשמר
