Excellent location, very close to the ski lifts. Apartment far exceeded expectations in all respects. Very clean, very spacious, modern, fully equipped. Host extremely friendly and easy to reach. Parking literally right at the entrance.

There was no elevator, so if you need to carry a lot of stuff that might be a problem. The apartment we had was at the first floor.

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tanya was a superb host during our stay. The apartment is nice and new, well equipped. The house is 2 minutes walk from the center of Zell am Ziller. It is a great place to stay in the heart of Zillertal.

The Apartment is spacious and very comfortable, located in a great place, right to the center of Zell Am Ziller! The free parking is by the front. There’s also a ski room! Wonderful 1 week stay

We really liked the appartment - spacious, comfort and adequately equipped. Tanja - the owner - was very kind and is able to help you out with any problem :) Skibus stop is 100m from the house so you don't need to use a car at all or walk a long distance. For us as a family was this a big bonus.

Spacious apartment, super clean , cosy in a great location. Close to the slopes, ski bus, supermarket, bakery and town. Apartment with all amenities. Overall we had a great stay there :) Tanja is lovley host and definitely one of the best we have met. Everything was perfect, great value for your money. Absolutely great accommodation!

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities. It is located close to ski bus stop and only in 450 meters to a supermarket. Family Gruber was very hospitable and helpful - we received delightful reception on arrival and even some snacks during our stay. Our small daughter really liked the rabbit given to her as a present on our last day :) Overall we had a great stay there and would gladly stay at the apartment again.

It does not have microwave oven - this is only minor downside.

Wir hatten einen rundum wundervollen Aufenthalt im Apartment Lilly Rose und waren wirklich komplett zufrieden. Das Apartment war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unfassbar liebe Inhaberin – so herzlich und aufmerksam erlebt man es wirklich selten. Jeden Tag nach dem Skifahren wartete eine kleine Überraschung in Form von Süßigkeiten vor unserem Apartment, was uns jedes Mal ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Diese kleinen Gesten zeigen, wie viel Herz hier drinsteckt. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit über willkommen und bestens umsorgt gefühlt. Das Apartment Lilly Rose können wir aus voller Überzeugung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💛⛷️

De ruimte was top! Lieve gastvrouw elke dag een verrassing op de deurmat.

Gehorig appartement met een bedrijf op de begane grond. Schone handdoeken moet je om vragen. Is meer een appartement dan een aparthotel zoals deze vermeld stond op Booking.com. Men komt de gehele week niet binnen; dat heeft voor-en nadelen. Schoonmaken doe je zelf en aanvullen van toiletpapier/ handdoeken op aanvraag.

Prachtig schoon appartement

Het ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk met snaps. Daarnaast was de kamer zeer ruim en schoon! Ook de keuken was volledig uitgerust en maakte het zelf koken gemakkelijk, ruime koelkast met vriezer. Tanja is een echte gastvrouw en verraste ons iedere dag met iets lekkers voor de deur.
