Very good accomodation in the heart of Zillertal valley! Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable rooms, fully equipped and nicey renovated. Great location - up to 10 mins by car to 3 main ski resorts in valley. Very kind and helpful landlord. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!

NIce flat, comfortable bed (not the sofa bed).

Dirty dishes after our check in and some kitchen equipment too (also old), but no surprise - there is no dishwashing liquid and cloth. Very confusing Booking.com presentation (it looks like appartment with 3 bedrooms with large beds, but there is just one bedroom and a uncomfortable sofa bed). Weak Wifi.

it’s very spacious and we had 2 seperated rooms which worked well for our group. near the ski bus and train station (<10 mins walk) for access to the slopes. good value for money. our dog was welcome too and they have a nice field for walks

no dishwasher is ok but we would have thought they would provide tea towels or a draining rack to make up for it. gave us bad instructions to get there by train - the easiest/cheapest way would have been train to the regionalmuseum and then walk rather than train to Zell and taxi.

Had a great stay with my 3 boys, clean functional place and very friendly. Bus stop is close by or it’s nice 1 mile walk along the river to the centre Lovely family, famous local musicians and they have some famous prize winning cows 😂 Check out the cow-Bells !

everything, Sabine is really helpful and does all for the guests (for example we had very early breakfast to catch ski-bus). Ski-bus stop very close to the guesthouse I really recommend this place and I will back as soon as I can.

Mit dem Auto 10 Min bis Ski-Optimal Kaltenbach, 6 min bis Zillertal-Arena, 7 min bis zur Horbergbahn Mayrhofen. Großer Ski-Keller mit Schuh-Heizung, ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Große Wohnung für bis zu 5 Personen im obersten Stockwerk. Bequeme Betten. Schöne Aussicht. Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Toaster und Mikrowelle (wenn man sie vom Schrank im Flur herunterhebt). Rauchverbot in der Ferienwohnung. Einchecken schnell und einfach online möglich. Gästekarte kommt sofort per E-Mail.

Rauchgeruch zieht durch Wohnungstür in die Ferienwohnung. WC ohne Waschbecken räumlich weit auseinander zum Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Kein Backofen. Kein Lappen/Küchenhandtuch. Fenster zur Straße, dadurch wird man zeitig vom Lärm vorbeifahrender Autos geweckt. Es fanden laute Partys statt, die uns bis tief in die Nacht nicht schlafen ließen. Bezahlung der Unterkunft nur in bar möglich! Geldautomat der Raiffeisenbank zahlt nur in 400 EUR-Schritten aus u. verlangt dafür jedesmal 3,50 EUR Gebühr!

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung,mit viel Stauraum, gute Lage und schöner Bergblick. Zwei Balkone mit Tisch und Stühle. Nette Vermieter.

Kleine Küche, aber bis auf Müllbeutel , Geschirrtücher und Filtertüten(Größe 4)alles da. Matratzen waren für uns zu weich

Schöner Urlaub im oberen Zillertal

Ruhiges Haus,tolles SZ mit Himmelbett und Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, geräumiges WZ,eigene Kü, Bad mit Fenster, zwei WCs. Die Bahnstation der ZillertalBahn ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

SZ und WZ sind nicht von innen verbunden snd. nur über den Flur von außen betretbar.

jako 5 členná rodina jsme očekávali apartmán (jak bylo uvedeno v popisu), ale měli jsme 3 nepropojené pokoje, jeden dokonce v jiném patře domu. ve vybavení chybí myčka nádobí
