About this apartment rental
Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment "Perla del Playa Grande" is located in Tias. This 65 m² property consists of a living room with a folding bed for one person (prepared upon request), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a coin operated air conditioning unit, a washing machine as well as cable TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
Your private outdoor area includes a partially-covered terrace. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool, a garden and a children's pool. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a healthy meal for your loved ones!
The property is located on the boulevard close to the public beach that is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A small supermarket is just 200 m away and a Mercadona supermarket is 500 m away. The property is within walking distance of the old town.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets, parties and smoking inside the property is not allowed.
The air conditioning operates on a coin system. Guests are provided with enough credits for average use at no cost. However, if the credits run out, guests will need to add more themselves.

Ideal location for the strip and old town . Complex was lovely and quiet . The pool was quite deep with no shallow end but it’s lovely to swim in once you’ve braved the cold getting in. Apartment had everything you needed for a relaxing stay .
The champagne and water was appreciated when we arrived after a late flight .
Great communication with Magreet who was quick to respond when we had a problem with the safe !
