The hotel provides excellent amenities and makes sure guests have everything they need during their stay. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and they provide useful items such as pajamas, toothbrushes, toiletries, shampoo, and a complete set of basic amenities. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to Asakusa and Ueno and very well connected to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo.

During my stay at this hotel, I experienced a 5.9 magnitude earthquake in Tokyo in the middle of the night, while staying on the 13th floor. It was a genuinely frightening experience. However, what concerned me most was the lack of clear evacuation procedures and instructions from the hotel. During and after the earthquake, it was completely unclear whether we were supposed to evacuate, stay in our rooms, or go to a specific meeting point. There was no clear communication explaining what guests were supposed to do, which created a lot of confusion. I understand that earthquakes are something people in Japan are more accustomed to and that there are established emergency procedures. However, foreign guests do not necessarily know these procedures or understand how they are expected to react in an emergency. This is precisely why hotels should provide clear, visible and easily understandable instructions for all guests. I strongly hope the hotel reviews its emergency procedures and, above all, the way it communicates with guests during an emergency. In a situation like this, clear instructions can make a huge difference.
