    We were a family of 3 with a child aged 7. Highly recommend for families with kids. wàs perfect for us. The bed sizes were quite large and comfortable. It has a Japanese toilet and a bathroom that are separate. The washing machine with dryer was very helpful. The kitchen with a fridge and ane electric stove was a life saver. We cooked everyday during our stay. Total room area was quite good in comparison to other hotels. Cleanliness was top notch. Conveniently located to grocery shops and subway stations. The balcony is right on the Sumida river with an amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree. Only drawback was that our room was on 4th floor with no elevator/lift, and with luggage it might be a one-time hassle. However this is not a deterant.

    The apartment provide us (family of 4) confortable stay as it provide 2 queen beds, complete amenities for our stay in Tokyo.. The view of the Sumida river and Tokyo Sky Tree was very pleaasing... The nearest train station Is Oedo line - Kurame Station.. Nearest grocery / 7-11 is about 100m. From Narita Intl airport the nearest would be Asakusa line -Asakusa Station which 350m away.

    Generally a pleasant stay . Here's our likes : 1. Convenient. Walking distance to asasuka station 2. Quiet place but within walking distance to Convenient stores 3. Room equipped with washer and dryer and cooking facilities 4. Lovely view at the balcony of Tokyo skytree Dislikes: 1. There's no elevator, so if you travel with huge heavy luggage, you have to lug it up upon check in and down upon Checkout 2. However , if your check in and out time is within their man operated hours , inform them in advance, their friendly staff will help you with your luggage 3. They don't speak English but are very willing to help if you Google translate for them 4. The place has a very odd shape , tiny space, so it can't accommodate our 3 luggage comfortably. And walking space is limited , considering we are Asian. 2 adults , 1 teens , 1 child. Sleeping room also has no walking space 5. Place is rather dirty and dusty at some areas and corners. Overall reasonable place to stay for several nights ..7/10
