The apartment is spacious, the heating is excellent, there are more than enough towels, complementary coffee, clean and tidy, the host is very kind and helpful. But there is room for improvement.

The water in the bathtub varies, even when it is constantly set to warm, the water goes from hot to ice cold. The tiles in the bathroom are painted and the paint is peeling, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, unstable bathtub.

Very bad apartment

the first thing we noticed was a strong stench coming from the bathroom, which is in bad condition. the walls are dirty and there are moldy, generally quite dirty accommodations. the heating was not good for some reason they turned it off so it was cold. parking is almost impossible to find

Good apartment, good value, easy stay for 2 couples

cozy apartament with most usual stuff you need in a house at your disposal...washing machine, kitchen stuff,even hygienic products ...basically everything you need

more attention should be given to some things like:the bathtub is moving some distant places could be better clean ,spiders nets ,under or in the back of tv ,couch ... But nothing too bad

Very comfortable and fully equipped apartment. Very clean also and in a very picturesque environment. We really enjoyed it and Timisoara’s old town is amazing

It would be great to have better lighting in the kitchen to cook at night. Better lighting close to the beds would also be great to be able to read at night

Lokacija, 2 minuta do Amazonia akvaparka, simpatican apartman.

Prilaz je uzasan, prvo prodjete kroz dve kapije, pa uz uske, strme, metalne, visoke stepenice do apartmana. Nosenje kofera do apartmana je bio poduhvat. Zatim vlasnici odgovaraju na rumunskom jeziku, nisu se potrudili ni kroz google translate da provuku poruku. U apartmanu je bilo pretoplo, a bilo je glupo da ukljucujemo klimu da se hladimo u sred zime. Ali to nije bio jedini razlog sto nismo mogli da zaspimo, kreveti su neudobni, jednom se nozice skroz raskrece dok spavate i vlasnici to znaju, stavili su gumene rukavice pod nozice da im se slucajno ne osteti pod, a to sto gosti spavaju nizbrdo nema veze. Zamolili smo da nam nameste i krevet u dnevnoj sobi za spavanje jer kasno uvece dolazimo, naravno da nisu to uradili, samo su nam ostavili posteljinu. U svakom slucaju, ne bih nikome preporucila ovaj apartman.

Cazare acceptabila pentru o noapte. Dotarile OK, dar am avut parte de cateva surprize neplacute.

Apartmentul este spatios, paturile confortabile, bucataria dotata cu aproape tot ce e nevoie (nu am gasit saci de gunoi in cosurile de gunoi din casa). Cafea buna pusa la dispozitie.

Cheia de la apartament nu era in locul stabilit. Telecomanda de la aparatul de aer conditionat nu era de gasit in apartament. Curatenia a lasat de dorit (in baie pe faianta erau stropi de sange :( ). Cada de baie foarte instabila. Scaunele din living foarte subrede. Miros de canalizare in baie. Izolatie fonica inexistenta, noaptea in pat parea ca masinile care trec pe strada trec pe la capul nostru :(

Séjour familial à Timişoara

L’appartement est grand et possède une place de stationnement ce qui est très pratique. Le centre-ville est à 5 min en voiture. Il y a une cour pour que les enfants puissent jouer. L’appartement est facile à trouver et le checking se fait sans contact.

Il y a des escaliers très dangereux avec les enfants pour accéder à l’appartement. Il faut donc faire très attention. La bouilloire était cassée. Le débit d’eau chaude était très faible. Les pavés de la cour sont inégaux. Il faut donc faire attention avec les enfants.

Сложно подняться с вещами по крутой лестнице на второй этаж, немного сложно было найти.
