The location was excellent for us. Lovely easy walk to the beach front and also local main street on your door step. The hideaway itself has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The hosts have thought of everything you may need and have decorated beautifully. We tried out a few of the must visit restaurant recommendations and glad we did. We had the best stay. Thank you!
The pullout in the living room toppled over a few times meaning my 4 year old wouldn't sleep on it. Apart from that very small inconvience, a brilliant stay. Highlighly recommend.

Great location for the High Street and a lovely walk through a park to the beachfront. The apartment was very well equipped, great shower and comfortable beds. Would definitely use again 😀

Location was just perfect for us. Apartment had a cosy feel to it yet spacious and well equipped.
Didn’t have an issue with anything really but if I had to it find something it would be the build up of dust behind the TV unit and the random dummy that sat amongst it from a previous visitor.

sofa was dreadful ,uncomfatable, despite garden furniture being stripped to povide additional cushion effect. On the plus side everything else was very, very good.

We liked absolutely everything! it’s just perfect! the location, how clean and convenient it is, all the little details like tea bags and half a pint of milk in the fridge :) it’s warm, walking distance from sea front, can’t recommend it enough

Loved this gem! The location was perfect for us, literally 1 minute to Southbourne High Street and a 5 minute walk to the clifftop and another few minutes until we were on the beachfront. Although the accommodation is in a busy lane, not far from a pub, it was very quiet. We had an amazing few nights sleep and were not aware of any noise/disturbance.
Accommodation had everything and more we required, with some extras thrown in we were not expecting. Chocolate chip cookies, my favourite! A pint of milk to start us off. The bed, although only a double was so comfy and the bedding and towels were the most fluffiest. The shower was also amazing! Great water pressure and glorious hot water which did not stop even after two showers. I can't fault this accommodation for us. In fact I've booked it again already! I must say there are lots of other facilities we didn't make use of - washing machine, microwave, the sofa bed in the lounge and the outside sitting areas as it was a bit cold and wet while we were there but I'm pretty sure in June it will be well used. Although we did not see the host while we were there they did respond timely to our enquires and were very accommodating regarding parking at the property. They also provided lots of helpful food/dining options for the local area.
I only mention this because I am 5'10" and my husband is 6'2' and we are used to a King size bed so the double bed was very cosy for us! We are definitely not used to sleeping so close together :-) The bedroom is very generous so could probably take a Queen size bed quite easily. This was definitely not a deal breaker for us though as we've already booked our second trip here!

Cosy well equipped ground floor apartment with a parking space. Great location in Southbourne. Excellent communications from the host. Also dog friendly, with lots of good walks nearby.
