An excellent base for a Bournemouth stay, a short walk from the sea and from lots of lovely eateries
The flat is a good size, once the heaters were all switched on it was warm and cosy, even in February
The sofas are not comfy at all. The tv remote controls could use some new batteries!

All in all a nice stay but I don’t think I would come back due to sleeping arrangements.
1. Convenient location close to the beach and shops 2. Clean and airy apartment with everything we needed 3. Very good/responsive customer service
1. No windows for the bathroom and the electric vent did not work 2. Not very comfortable for 5 people, ideally only for 3 persons. I thought there would be 2 double beds and a sofa. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable even though it was big (back and neck pain now- very little sleep during the 3 nights).
