Terrible.

The venue was impossible to find,and when we phoned the owner he was quite rude and impatient. He said this venue would not suit you !!! We decided to take accommodation elsewhere and would like our money back!

We will not be returning.

The Property allows dogs and the garden is a very suitable space for a dog. The bedroom is clean and nice but the beds are all in one room. It is a short drive to the beach.

The decoration of the ground floor is not suitable for our family, the room is dominated by a pool table and has many signs which we consider sexist, see photos below. There are two wash-hand basins, one in the kitchen which does did not have any hot water plumbed to it and a 2nd in the bathroom, off the bedroom. The 2nd has hot water, if you find the on/off switch in the bedroom. We note that some previous poor reviews on this property resulted to a negative response from the owner.

A cool place to stay with family or friends. We loved the pool table and bar, it made for a fun night and morning of games. As two couples we had one stay upstairs and one downstairs on the pull out bed and was comfortable. The owner was lovely and met us to say hello too.

Not very special.

The bedroom was nice and the beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean.

The photos online did not reflect what you were really getting. The place was not very clean and the bar area was dirty and didn't smell great. The paintwork was poor throughout not finished well at all. The living room was so dark, the dining table was disgusting and sticky as were all the windows. There was no outside secure area to allow your dog out and no sitting area to spend time in the evening this was very disappointing and the area around the outside of the house was untidy not appealing at all. Certainly not good value for money expensive for what you are getting, came away not enjoying our stay.

Unique stay near Spanish Point

Stayed for the weekend as a family of 4. We all loved the pool table, darts & games table. The kitchenette was ideal for a short stay with all the essentials we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The host was responsive & very easy to deal with. Thanks for a memorable stay

Lots of games and activities and perfect for 4/5 people!

Full of character (especially if you are a LFC fan) and lots to do like pool table, poker, darts, board games etc. The kitchenette is like a pub bar which is really fun.

Nothing I didn’t like but note there is no oven and it is located in the parking area of the landlords home (it is a converted garage).

Very comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet location. Directions were clear and made it easy to find. Liam was very kind, left water and milk for us. On our return from a wedding late at night he’d left delicious fresh sandwiches for us, a most welcome and very thoughtful touch. We couldn’t get a taxi back for our car the next morning so he kindly dropped us back to the village. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay with a bunch of friends. It's a very uniqe place with original interior!

With its unique interior and great atmosphere, the house had everything you needed and more! It had comfortable beds, a pool table, and darts. Thanks, Liam, for showing us around the property. I highly recommend this place if you stay in the area - Spanish Point, Cliffs of Moher.

This was a fun place! We would definitely love to come back & stay again!

Loved the views, how close to the beach it was, the fun game room, the host! We had such a fun time this night hanging out and playing games after going to the beach.

The perfect spot for families - you will not be bored!

We were met on arrival by our host Liam who showed us around and explained everything. The complimentary bottle of wine and treats for the kids were a nice touch. This was the perfect alternative to a cramped hotel room with 3 kids under 7. It hits the perfect balance between spacious and cosy with living space, bar and any amount of activities to entertain the little ones downstairs and a cosy family bedroom upstairs. We were only staying one night but there are plenty facilities to cook also if you were staying longer. Only a few minutes away from a number of beaches and places to eat. We also visited the playground in Miltown Malbay and the leisure centre in Lahinch.

Nothing not to like - we had a great stay - kids had a ball and Liam was so welcoming and helpful.

Exceeded our expectations

Exceeded our expectations. The games room had more than you could think of, and the bar is a brilliant added touch. We had great fun and our dog Toby really enjoyed his stay too. Also, The beds were really comfy!

Amazing accommodation with unique features

Where do I start? The property is unique. Is near Spanish Point beach but in the countryside. A lovely mini 2 story house as part of a larger property. Would accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bar, kitchen area, large sofa (suitable for sleeping on), pool table, darts, card games, roulette. Would be ideal summer accommodation for families, friends etc. Has fridge, air fryer, kettle, cutlery.Large flatscreen tv with all the streaming apps. Sleeps up to 4 upstairs. Beds comfy. Great shower, toilet, sink etc..Finally the hosts are great people. Liam is very helpful. It's a unique place to stay. Unlike a hotel or B&B. I loved it and would go back again in a heartbeat. One tip is to pay attention to directions on Bookings.com. Google Maps directs to another property with a similar name

The apartment is in a great location, while it's quite rural, quiet and peaceful it's also not very far from the nearest town if you fancy a bit more hustle and bustle! It has everything you'll need for your stay, and the additional games were a bonus for the evenings to entertain the family. Liam, the host, left us to our own devices but didn't hesitate to tell us to give him a shout for anything we needed. He recommended some places to eat, which we tried, and we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A cosy stand-alone apartment with a lot of attractions.

Great place to stay, in a peaceful location, we were greeted by a friendly owner despite the late arrival. The apartment has more attractions than we got a chance to get familiar with, though the kids loved the darts and the pool table most.

We loved our stay in Atlantic Coast Lodge! It was our favorite place that we stayed during our 10-day trip to Ireland. It truly felt like a home away from home and was so relaxing and peaceful. We also really enjoyed all the fun amenities including the pool table and darts!

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic experience staying here recently. We were 3 adults, a teenager and 2 smallies.The place was absolutely spotless, really comfy beds, plenty of towels and extra bedding available if required. The information booklet covered absolutely everything Liam was a fantastic host, he had milk in the fridge and cookies and other essentials ready for us. My grandson absolutely adored the full size pool table and dart board, and there were so many board games too. Location is a few minutes drive from beaches and town. I would really love to stay with another couple as there is an in-house bar which will be fully stocked on request. Fantastic Liverpool memorabilia which again my grandson loved. You have a fantastic product Liam which is suitable for families or groups of adults, I wish you all the best for the future. Catherine

The accommodation was fabulous, it was spotless and so spacious. It was an ideal location, so close to Miltown Malbay and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great craic, great location, great amenities

We stayed as 2 young couples for the Willy Clancy Festival, 5 min drive from Milltown which made it easy to get taxis, the location is great! We had a lot of fun playing pool and using the dart board, if we stayed longer than 1 night we definitely would have brought a keg as the host offered to service the lines and taps if we wanted to avail of it. Our host was lovely and we had a really nice time in West Clare. We are looking to stay again next year for sure! It is a great setup and perfect for a small group or a family to enjoy the pubs or the seaside amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfectly equipped for friends or family fun, and in a great location, a short drive or cycle to the beach. Liam and Stacey are friendly and accommodating hosts, and the accommodation itself is spacious and comfortable. We loved the whole unique idea of the place

We LOVED all of the games, the pool table, the fun accommodations. This house is decked out with an incredible number games and activities. Loved having a mini fridge and kitchenette area. The decor is beautiful and it was such a pleasant comfortable stay. Liam was so friendly, responsive and accommodating. My children adored his dog that came over to say hello. Wish we could have stayed longer! This place is a GEM!

Great place to base your to tour the area

Great spot and no issue bringing my dog which is a major plus. Very comfortable and had everything you would need. Liam was very welcoming.
