Great thanks. Have a lovely time. Flat was ideal for us. Everything went smoothly. Parking was a great bonus.

Disappointing. But had the apartment been cleaned, it would have been pretty nice.

* Good communication and attentiveness with rental group. * Free parking! * Two twin beds.

* The bathroom and kitchen had not been cleaned, at least not recently. There was also a dirty sock found in the couch.

Best of both hotel and home

Just about everything. We received clear, detailed instructions for finding and entering the flat. Everything worked perfectly—appliances, shower, lights. The flat was very comfortable. It was spotless. Also practical, with everything in place to make the stay a pleasant one. It's in a quiet building in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarkets, the bus and metro within walking distance. Easy parking too.

Great location, hi-tech TV impossible to use.

Excellent facilities. Easy parking, essential. Great location . We could walk to Kelvin grove, and to places of interest, restaurants in the West End.

The T V. Useless. No info on how to use it. Needs a simpler TV, or basic step by step guide to getting it working. Really annoying.

Great stay all round

Location good for West End, Museum, Parking was fine

More Items of Cutlery, bowls, mugs etc. required. (eg there were only two tiny cereal bowls). Run out of items before you could fill the dishwasher, so had to wash by hand.

Flat was lovely and quiet, bright and clean.

We couldn’t control the heating and we got cold at night.

Disappointing

kitchen was nice

wifi complicated to connect. all heaters are on timers and shut down leaving house freezing cold. very dirty behond the couch, not cleaning done there. washing machine has only 1 option to use and clothes are very wet at the end. house is cold and clothes never get dried. TV is so confusing. could not find free to air channels at all, so could not watch BBC news etc. only program available is movies. The location is fine, but I would never go back there
