Just about everything. We received clear, detailed instructions for finding and entering the flat. Everything worked perfectly—appliances, shower, lights. The flat was very comfortable. It was spotless. Also practical, with everything in place to make the stay a pleasant one. It's in a quiet building in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarkets, the bus and metro within walking distance. Easy parking too.

Excellent facilities. Easy parking, essential. Great location . We could walk to Kelvin grove, and to places of interest, restaurants in the West End.
The T V. Useless. No info on how to use it. Needs a simpler TV, or basic step by step guide to getting it working. Really annoying.
