Clean and well laid out with very good kitchen facilities. When the heating system failed I was given prompt assistance by the manager and the issue was resolved later in the day by a heating engineer calling on WhatsApp video to talk through a solution with me. Well done!
Transport links are ok but bus services are not that great. Requesting an extra bath mat and a warmer duvet that weren’t delivered. Overall, not major issues and the service given was helpful, friendly and courteous.
