Ok if you need a place to sleep

The lockbox was available which made it easy to get into the flat and the instructions given to me were really easy to follow!

Large signs of damp on walls and ceilings with the wall paper and ceiling peeling away in the main bedroom. Damp stains on the curtains and none of these shown in photos of communicated through their messages. The kitchen did have most of what you’d need but was lacking in some areas, for example there was one mug, when the flat sleeps 4 people.

Good value for money but better stay on the single bed and have earplugs on

Clean, heater works with no problem. Washing powder provided and the laundry machine works perfectly.

Sofa bed very fragile and unstable, cracked a few times while sleeping on it. Also very noisy from next door (it was the weekend), poor soundproofing.

Everything you need was available in the apartment and was very clean

The Television sound kept going off every 5 minutes and there was no signal after around 22.00 hours This really needs attention to detail for the price you pay other than this small problem everything was spot on

The communication with the host was painful, quite difficult to collect information and the totally absence of the host at our arrival made things more difficult and uncomfortable.

Good value for money. Decent location (not far from a bus station). Kitchen with decent equipment.

A lack of any shelf or hook in the bathroom. The heater for hot water/apartment heating is making constant pumping noise which is audible in the bedroom. You have to pay a security deposit, but it is returned 7 days after the check-out date.

A pleasant place to stay while in town for a concert.

It was comfortable and clean and in a quiet area.

There was a decent selection of kitchenware provided, but was lacking a frying pan.

Exceptional

The property was clean and comfortable. Good location and accessible by bus into Glasgow city centre. Cmplimentary soaps and tea station were good for a short stay.

We had an issue with this property, as we received a phone call less than 24 hours before check-in informing us that the booking was cancelled. Luckily this was resolved. However, I advise that this should not happen to any other guests as we were not happy and very stressed about finding another rental property so last minute. We were told that maintenance issues could be sorted after phoning back to queury why the booking was cancelled. We had tickets to Harry Styles, booked this property well in advance and travelled from all over Scotland.

Unfortuantly on entering the flat and over our stay the flat smelt of bad drains and damp patches in bedroom and bathroom. Cracks on wall in bathroom. ore info on how to get oven going would have been useful !

Communication with us was poor. We needed to chase them for check in info and to get deposit back, which they were more than happy to take from me in the first instance Paint across the flat was cracked especially in bathroom. The floor in front of the door was littered with letters on the day we got there implying that no-one had been in for a while. There was a hole in the plaster in the bedroom plugged by paper towels to access a tap.

Free toilet paper and not many stairs to the door

I am a seasoned traveler and have lived on five continents but nothing was preparing me for this. When I booked the apartment it was described to be 4306sq feet space however it is only a fraction of the advertised size and dingy. In addition, there were issues with heating, cleanliness, no basics such as salt and pepper (not part of the service), the wardrobe is chaos, dirty dishes, missing light bulbs, uncomfortable beds, and sofas. In addition, I asked Gina to change my reservation for an earlier checkout as the apartment made me extremely anxious and upset, however, she advised she had sent her staff to the property, without my knowledge, and 'fix' the situation. It was upsetting to come back noticing that the furniture had been moved around and the heating was fixed, however nothing else was addressed. In goodwill I booked the apartment for 2 weeks but only stayed 1. I asked Gina to amend the stay but she refused "we are unable to provide you with a refund in these circumstances" - because "we have rectified the above issues", - none of the issues apart from heating and messy wardrobe was 'rectified' and the apartment was still super tiny, dingy and cheaply furnished.

logement non adapté pour 4 persnnes et très mal équipé

Le logement n'est clairement pas adapté à 4 personnes. Il n'est pas suffisamment insonorisé vis-à-vis de l'étage supérieur. Les rideaux au salon sont manquants. Les divans-lits au salon sont non seulement inconfortables (matelas de quelques cm d'épaisseurs seulement) mais en plus, l'un d'eux était cassé. Aucune solution n'a été apportée pour y remédier alors que l'assistance PSP le promettait. A cela peut s'ajouter que les équipements de base ne sont pas présents: par exemple, à la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de miroir mural, pas de crochet pour les essuies/vêtements (tout doit rester par terre), pas même une petite étagère pour déposer un savon, pas de support pour le papier wc. Dans le couloir d'entrée, il n'y a pas un seul croquet ni porte-manteau. Je pourrais ajouter bien d'autre éléments. Bref, le lieu n'est pas agréable du tout.
