Location was excellent in the West end, with the subway just around the corner and buses plenty. Inside of flat was clean, bright, prepared well and enough for a short stay. It offered a very convenient jumping off point to discover the area, lots of interesting restaurants and shops close by and grocery stores just a few minutes away.
Nothing substantial to talk about except that the common area outside the flat itself tends to be a bit dim due to lack of good lighting and could probably do with a good clean. The building doorway at the street entrance is set back a bit from the street side so it lacks brighter lighting but the immediate surrounding area is well traversed so not a major problem. Something that a motion sensor light could resolve easily.

Location is good. Short distance to the subway and bus stop. Kitchen utensils are quite old but satisfactory.
Entrance to the apartment is dark and not well maintained. The apartment is small and cluttered. The couch is sinking and is not comfortable. The hot water shower system needs a bit of working out.
