The pool, the bedrooms with views, home made breakfast !
The kindness of the host and this wife especially with our children + the coconut experience :-)
A bit difficult to find as the direction notes were outdated.
An electricity cut for one entire night but a commercial gesture was proposed. Pradeep did his best to help us.
Nothing around except one small pub 15 minutes walking distance... But the host is always available ! The Beach is also wild (big waves) and full of plastic but cannot do anything about it...

We stayed here for three nights in a cottage right on the beach. The manager and his wife were enthusiastic and very approachable. The cottage was wonderful, spacious, and all amenities were provided. There were sun loungers on the terrace; when you opened the gate, you had a view of the beach and the sea. The beach was clean and regularly cleaned. Since we were traveling around in our own tuk-tuk, we wanted to relax these days, and we were able to do so here in peace. The manager was able to prepare dinner for us, so we didn't have to leave the property; it was truly excellent. We look back on a few wonderful days here, and if we visit this region again in the future, we would definitely go back. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The villa is amazing and very comfy. Great pool.
Location: in the middle of nowhere (so distant that there is no PickMe or Uber), not even a possibility to walk to some minor interesting place. Bird sanctuary is 45 mins drive. As a result, you end up completely dependent on a caretaker, which may be a little bit annoying.
Beach: polluted (there is only 1 clean part, straight in front of the villa), which makes walks along the beach very sad.
Ocean: impossible to swim in due to dangerous waves.
Restaurant & grocery: there is 1 restaurant 17 mins walk (average taste, not recommended), grocery store is 45 mins walk.
CCTV cameras: there are functioning cameras around the house, including one directed at the private pool (!!!). When confronted, Nayan promised to have it covered - rather doublecheck.
