Jan and Peter were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. The downstairs flat was very comfortable and had a homely feel. It was only a 10min drive to Hobart, so was an easy base to access in and around the city.

A warm welcome from our hosts on arrival. While the accommodation downstairs lacks a view, the panorama from the breakfast room, looking across to Hobart and down the Derwent River estuary is spectacular. The accommodation consists of a good-sized bedroom, a lounge area, bathroom and utility room with microwave, electric jug and clothes-washing facilities. The location, apart from the view, is within 10mins walk of a shopping centre and a hotel that offers both cafe and restaurant dining. We were only there for 2 nights, but you could easily use it as a base for touring for a week or more.
