Excellent central location. The cottage was very well equipped for self catering. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. Only a few meters from the Bread Fridge and the sourdough bread was delicious. Excellent communication with Karen the host.

The cottage was in a perfect location it’s sort of midway on the island and this made it easy for us to travel about and sight see. I enjoyed my stay at the cottage. It was a peaceful place and I appreciated the nature surrounding the cottage….

Location. Central to both ends of this beautiful island. Great WiFi. Totally comfortable. Air con and heat. An open fireplace if that’s your thing. A few hundred metres to the famous bread fridge. 10 minutes drive to the Neck. Wildlife wandering at dawn and day an outside your door. This cottage is rustic and may take a little adjustment for some people, but once you get used to it you’ll love it.
If you’re an Apple user (phone, iPad, Mac) you will need to use that to access the Cottage Netflix account as there is an Android TV that can’t be streamed to without a specialist app. This wasn’t a big deal for us.

Bed was comfortable, kitchen faciliteis were more than plentiful
caution on entry due to ditches either side of crossover - not the most suitable for wider vehicles. Shower was inside the entrance to the facility and not really private. bedroom comfortable but not suitable for persons who have a slight disability 9 minimal room either side of bed) initial step access to the entrances was rickety and unsafe for older people or those with slight walking issues. key lock box was taped up and would not open until I removed all tape, bypassing the lock box code (box was previously broken) fire place was full of ash from previous users and no paper or knidling to gfet a new fire started.
