This garage converted to a studio is well appointed and appears quite new. The bathroom/ensuite was also new and spacious. Son was extremely obliging and ensured our stay was very pleasant and comfortable.
The kitchen facilities are located under cover at the front of the studio, not within the studio itself. Not a major issue, but I suspect this dining area may be quite cool during the winter months.

Facilities were clean and bed was comfortable.
Not far from Hobart airport.
Queen size bed needs to be moved away from the wall to allow access to the both sides of the bed.
Shower head mounting needs fixing in bathroom.
Hand towel and flannel should be provided.
TV does not work on free to air channels as it appears there is no external antenna.
