An absolute gem, if you want to escape and feel like you are roughing it but have all the mod cons this place is for you! Don't be fooled it is not luxury king suites with private spa baths, just good simple accommodation in a great spot with some tasteful interior design. Good honest food in the tavern and good selection of drinks. Lovely and cosy on a cold night. We played cards in the lounge, lots of other board games.
Some of the other guests had poor etiquette in the shared kitchen and left dishes piled up and their belongings strewn around when they were elsewhere in the morning. Bunch of grubs!!

It had everything! All you need is food for Brekky/ lunch and a bag of clothes. This place has everything else covered! It’s a really beautiful venue! And having a tavern on site was a huge bonus. I was genuinely blown away with how well thought out everything was when it comes to providing for everything one might need. Also, the decor/ design was neat, subtle and very well done.

The location was beautiful. The room was tidy and bedlinen clean.
The ladies toilets were not clean, the sanitary bins full, no toilet paper, it wasn’t well kept. Maybe because we arrived New Years Day. You can hear every tiny noise in adjoining cabins. All cabins are joined together they are not seperate.
