Ideal location. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed for the weekend.

The host was very accommodating, and allowed early access to the property, which was very kind. She also left supply of Tea and Coffee for us. The flat was extremely clean, airy and pleasant. The block was equally clean and quite.

Exceptional Service – Host , Josephine were incredibly attentive and made every effort to ensure a comfortable and smooth stay, ideal for both business and leisure. Immaculate & Welcoming Atmosphere – The premises were spotless, well-maintained, and created a relaxing environment. Convenient Location – Easily accessible with great navigation and dining options close to the town centre, making it an excellent choice. Highly Recommended – I would confidently recommend this accommodation to my professional network and business clients, and I’ll definitely be returning myself.

Quiet, good facilities (kitchen, washer/dyer, smartTV with netflix, etc) Rooms and beds were very comfortable and incredibly clean. Ideal location, 2 mins to bus stop and convenience shops/takeaways and not too far out of Durham city. Perfect for anyone wanting to reasonably priced place to stay in Durham for graduation week, short-term stays, etc. Host was lovely and always available via text message if we needed anything.

Laundry Detergent was not available (but wasn’t a massive issue as I managed to buy some from the local shop) but keep in mind if you’re thinking about coming to bring your own. No cooking oils, black pepper, etc so if you’re wanting to stay, bring your own seasonings and oils or buy it from the shop. Only tea, coffee, sugar and salt were provided. No oven Gloves (or aluminium foil/baking sheets), burned myself too many times using the oven because there weren’t any gloves, might be worth bringing your own as well.
