We had a wonderful stay at Nissi Villa. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the private pool was a big highlight for us. The location was very convenient and the villa had everything we needed for a great family holiday. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa. We would be happy to come back again! 😊

Locația vilei este excelentă — foarte aproape de Nissi Beach, de supermarketuri și de restaurante foarte bune. Ne-a plăcut mult faptul că vilele sunt amplasate într-o zonă mai retrasă, departe de traseele principale și de drumurile aglomerate. Este foarte liniște, fără zgomot de la transport sau de la turiști, ceea ce face șederea mult mai plăcută și relaxantă. Recomand cu drag această locație!
Proprietarii sunt foarte receptivi, amabili și înțelegători. Ne-au permis să facem check-in-ul mai devreme, iar la plecare, deoarece aveam zborul seara, ne-au oferit posibilitatea să facem check-out-ul mai târziu. Am apreciat foarte mult flexibilitatea și atenția lor față de oaspeți.
O experiență foarte plăcută și o locație pe care o recomandăm cu drag! 🌴☀️
Singurul mic dezavantaj a fost că, uneori, vecinii erau mai gălăgioși și petrecăreți, însă suntem în Cipru, în Ayia Napa 😊, o destinație cunoscută pentru atmosfera sa de vacanță și viața de noapte. În rest, locația vilei este destul de retrasă și liniștită.

תמורה מצוינת למחיר! הוילה מתאימה מאוד למשפחה. והמארח נחמד וזמין מאוד.
יש חדר שינה זוגי, חדר ילדים עם 2 מיטות יחיד וספה שהופכת למיטה נוחה. יש מכונת כביסה שהייתה יתרון אדיר, מרפסת נחמדה עם מקלחת חוץ. יש במתחם הוילות בריכה כייפית ובריכת ילדים צמודה אליה לאורחי המתחם בלבד.
יש סופרמרקט קרוב, מסעדה איטלקית נהדרת והכי חשוב - חוף הים נמצא חמש דקות הליכה (יש קיצור דרך לים דרך חניית המלון שממול). למרות הקרבה לרחוב הראשי ולחוף, שקט ונחמד. יש מזגן די חזק בכל חדר. חשוב לציין גם את רמת הניקיון הטובה. מרחק נסיעה קצר מהלונה פארק ומפארק המים.
הנכס זקוק לשיפוץ קל... מזרון הקפיצים במיטת הורים לא נוח.

Obiekt był bardzo przestronny i idealnie sprawdził się dla naszej 5-osobowej rodziny – każdy miał wystarczająco dużo miejsca, żeby czuć się komfortowo.
Mieliśmy problem z ciepłą wodą ale właściciele szybko zareagowali i usterka została naprawiona.
