Everything was amazing

Lovely location, very quiet and reasonably private although at the time there were no neighbours. Dog friendly and very close to the sea which was ideal to take the dog.

Pigeon issue making a mess but nothing a brush couldn’t solve.

Property is in a perfect locations to combine both worlds, it is in a very quiet area but very close to Ayia Napa vibrant night life.

It is not related to the property but if you come back after night fall it is quite dark on the street as there is no street lighting.

Pool garden area was lovely and big. Which what attracted me to this villa and on the photos was real nice. Manager was lovely and on hand got a new fridge freezer asap as a family of 6 haveing stay for 10 days was needed also great location.

Soon as we arrived everything looked lovely, the next day went shopping at big super market. Put food in fridge freezer to realise day after everything was spoiled.it didnt work.! Then the toilet and shower downstairs didnt work properly wouldnt flush and the light in there is terrible. Now due to the toilet was all sewage coming up from the drains and out side shower and protenrially escriment flowing into the pool at first i asumed the smell was cat poo by few days in noticed it was not then to top off used the washing machine and made my clothes really smell. Didnt work and tripped the electric didnt realise was washer for almost half day with no electric the villa wasnt clean the wifi didnt connect the tv in room dont work. Cracked steps in the garden the place to be honest could do with deep clean a maintinnance and modeniseing says luxury villa it is not. And i come to this villa as was getting married in ayia napa. If coming for few nights no issues maybe cockroaches in cubourds all over the floor in your rooms. But 10 nights far to much not to have the place as discribed.
