Ayia Napa Marina Luxury Villas - Sapphire

The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Sharon was also absolutely wonderful — very helpful, friendly and always there when we needed her. We really appreciated her service and hospitality. The location was also very good. The house is conveniently located and close to the sea, which made it easy for us to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area.

The biggest issue was the A/C. Having the air conditioning switch off every 2 hours because of the timer is simply not suitable during August, especially at night. The two A/C units downstairs in the kitchen are also quite old and do not produce sufficiently cold air, while their remotes do not work properly, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. The swimming pool also needs some upgrading. It looks quite old and could definitely be cleaner. The beds were not very comfortable, as the mattresses were extremely hard. The refrigerator also does not cool properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the house and Sharon’s excellent service, but we feel that these issues should be addressed to make the experience more comfortable for future guests.

Egy okos tv , a 2 dvd lejátszó :( helyett! Wc rossz mindkettő, nem lehet lehúzni de van mindkettőben vödör 🤣 Mosogatószvacs , só a konyhában lehetne Tusfürdő Egy wc ben minimum 1 papir lehetne! Ajtók borzasztó hangosak! Medence világitás is szuper lenne :/
