Villa Calm 100m from the beach

We had a wonderful family holiday at this house. The location is quiet, very family-friendly, and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There's also a supermarket right nearby, which was very convenient. In the evenings, it was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The house was well-equipped and even more spacious than we needed. We also enjoyed a barbecue one evening. The hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Be careful on the stairs – they can be quite slippery.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Calm. The house is very well equipped and truly felt like home. It is located in a peaceful area of Ayia Thekla, with a supermarket just 100 meters away. A beautiful, small bay with crystal clear water was only a 5-minute walk from the villa, and it felt like our own private piece of paradise. The bus stop was also nearby, which made it easy to explore Ayia Napa and its beaches. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We would gladly come back and highly recommend Villa Calm to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Nothing worth mentioning, just a couple of very minor details that didn’t affect our stay at all.
