Beautiful property in a central location

Great Apartment

Great location being so close to both town centre and lake. Very modern interior and kitchen. Will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately the apartment could do with a sign around back to say 'No Parking ' We parked on apartment grounds at the back, only to have an angrily written post it note, left on our car, from a neighbour, telling us off for parking there and also telling us not to come out of the back door, as it is private property!! We could have done without this, but if a sign was there by the owner, this could have been avoided. We hope this suggestion is followed up. We did continue to use the back door as it was only 100 yards from public car park.

Excellent location and very comfortable

Dreadful management of bookings and inflexible I couldn’t make the date because I was in hospital, the owner agreed to change the date but I couldn’t attend that either as my mother was then in hospital. I tried to change the date a second time which I accept would have been very accommodating but the owner refused despite it being exceptional circumstances. The owner utilises a call centre called Sykes Cottages to manage their bookings. They do not call you back and you have to wait for a long time to speak with anyone. It takes them days if not weeks to communicate with the owner. I regret I will not use again

Lovely flat - will be back

Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds

A dustpan and brush or small hoover would have helped to keep carpets clean. Plus somewhere to put muddy/ wet shoes.

A lovely clean apartment. Beds very comfortable.

The bathroom door wouldn't open, luckily another bathroom on site. But was sorted satisfactorily the following day.

Amazing location & can’t wait to rebook

The location. 2 x bathrooms. The modern style. Smart TV.

The shower was very small & we didn’t have anywhere to store our coats and shoes. Whilst the sofas matched the decor beautifully, they weren’t super comfy

Central location. Apartment was modern and well furnished.

Parking was a problem. No free overnight parking as stated on website with times different than advertised I.e. advertised as 6pm until 9am. Overnight parking was 7pm until 7am. No outside patio furniture as advertised.

We had an excellent short break.

The location was first class. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a short stay.

A parking spot with the apartment,as £23 was paid for 2 nights parking.
