Bed comfy and very clean. Close to Town Centre. Parking available for free. ………………………………………………………..
Lost WiFi on last night. Difficult to open cupboards. Travel to parking space felt awkward. Not much space in Shower.

Clean and modern, comfy beds, very convenient for walking into keswick.
Tricky to find, despite the emails with directions. Really needs a sign by the door to identify it. Parking not possible for a larger vehicle due to turning circle to get in- car park very close but expensive and we may get a ticket for sleeping in and missing topping the parking up early morning one day.
Lock on main bathroom doesn't work- not aligned with door casing, also needs some coat hooks on doors and proper sized mugs.

Lovely apartment, great location. I had to phone the apartment staff and they were very responsive and kind.
The directions to park were terrible. I had to phone and ask and from the response, it sounds like other people also have to. If we booked again, we would go direct, rather than use booking.com/sykes cottage s information was lost between the parties.
