Bed comfy and very clean. Close to Town Centre. Parking available for free. ………………………………………………………..

Lost WiFi on last night. Difficult to open cupboards. Travel to parking space felt awkward. Not much space in Shower.

good stay overall

Clean and modern, comfy beds, very convenient for walking into keswick.

Tricky to find, despite the emails with directions. Really needs a sign by the door to identify it. Parking not possible for a larger vehicle due to turning circle to get in- car park very close but expensive and we may get a ticket for sleeping in and missing topping the parking up early morning one day. Lock on main bathroom doesn't work- not aligned with door casing, also needs some coat hooks on doors and proper sized mugs.

Double booked and didn't get access to the property! Warning!

Major warning for booking this through booking.com! Our booking was not upheld despite multiple confirmation emails, and we only found out on the day. We arrived at this property and someone else was already in there, we stood in the rain to wait to be be helped, then were informed that we didn't actually have a reservation (despite getting multiple confirmation emails and showing these confirmation emails to the person there), I think the 3rd party (Sykes Cottages) had made some mistake but didn't tell us about this until we were physically at the property. We got a refund but no compensation for the disruption.

Mid week getaway at Lateigg 1. We will come back!

Lovely apartment, great location. I had to phone the apartment staff and they were very responsive and kind.

The directions to park were terrible. I had to phone and ask and from the response, it sounds like other people also have to. If we booked again, we would go direct, rather than use booking.com/sykes cottage s information was lost between the parties.

Nice apartment poor management.

The location was excellent. Both beds were very comfortable.

Parking was difficult. Given the wrong directions to the property as was sent to Central Car Park. The apartment was only 50 metres away but car access to apartment was a mile away through Keswick. Even when found the approach to apartment was difficult as the area was very busy and a very tight turn was required. We had a couple of issues whilst there and was unable to contact the managers. Left 2 phone messages and rang a further twice and then an email. A return email was received some 10 hours after first message left that promised a follow up phone call. However, no call received. Spoke to the cleaner and she also tried to contact management. She also told us that one of the issues (problem with dishwasher door) had been reported by her but not fixed. Very poor service!! The apartment bedrooms are quite hot and there are no windows to open only french doors.

fantastic apartment, great location

great living space, was absolutely spotless. facilities were great. location was perfect, we were right in the town with a short walk to the lake. would highly recommend

Small apartment but great location.

Location great. Clean and most items needed available. Good for a short stay or for a couple.

Some issues - small ring on cooker didn't work. Toaster - 1side doesn't work. En suite bathroom hopeless with tiny sink and a shower only suitable for a child. Would be better just to have the one bathroom and an ensuite toilet in the other bedroom. Small parking area and difficult to find how to get to it.
