Comfort Heaven

Great location and a very spacious house. The room layout and the overall setup of the property were excellent.

No spare trash bags were provided for our 10-day stay. The oven and barbecue area should have been cleaner; we had to use foil trays to heat up our food. Also, it was a pity the garage wasn't fixed yet, so we had to operate it manually.

Great location, close to the airport for our early flight. Lovely pet friendly home with fabulous facilities, like washer, dryer and dishwasher. Friendly hosts. Plenty of room, enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed the garage button didn’t work as it would have been nice to have our car undercover for security and to pack up without getting wet in the rain.

I liked that the bed was comfy and that there were full kitchen facilities and that there was a lockup garage. I also liked that there was a fob to get in and out of the house so I didn't have to remember the key code. The couches were also spacious and comfy. Although it wasn't necessary for my stay, I appreciated that there was a cot and kids toys in the house. Seems like a nice addition if you've got small kids.

There was no plug for the bath (or the kitchen), so that was disappointing because when I saw the bath I thought it would be perfect to relax, but I couldn't use it. One of the couches smelled like dog, and when the sun came through the front door, I could see lots of dog hair on the ground in the hallway. There was also a few items that had been left by previous guests it seemed (E.g. a hairbrush in the ensuite shower), so it made it feel like the house hadn't been cleaned properly. There were also holes in some of the walls, which detracted from the property's appeal. I also would have preferred to be told the check-in process earlier. I understand that you can't give out security codes earlier, but just some simple communication that they would send security codes at check in time would've been helpful because I hadn't heard anything before driving 2 hours to get there.
