No Housekeeping at all from day checkin till check out (suppose to come in 3rd day on my check in) a lot of garbages no one come

Accommodation was very spacious and had almost everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. Located in Echoland that was a quick drive to Limori/Hakuba47/Goryu for ski. There was parking right on the driveway but you still need to walk a bit to get your bags in as you can't park right at the door step. Pickup service from the bus terminal was very handy.
I wish there could've been better and more consistent communication. I asked for more towels and was told that they would get back to me and never did. The address on Google seems to be wrong which was a hassle for our car and ski rental delivery but a small issue that was remedied by dropping the current location to them.
