In the Arago district, just 150m from the large sandy beach, you will also appreciate the proximity to shops and the daily market with its fresh products. On the ground floor, you will find a living room/living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a WC with hand basin. A well-exposed and equipped outdoor courtyard invites you to enjoy the sea air and relax outdoors.
Upstairs, you will discover three bright bedrooms: a first bedroom with a 160x210 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds), a second bedroom with a 180x220 cm bed (or two 90 cm beds), and a third bedroom with a mezzanine including a baby bed and a 160x200 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds) downstairs, as well as a 160x200 cm bed in the mezzanine. A bathroom with WC is also at your disposal for your comfort.
