About this chalet rental

In family or with friends, you will feel at ease in this large 120 m2 Olonnaise house! With its 3 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with shower) and 2 toilets, everyone can enjoy holidays at their own pace. The American-style kitchen (with American fridge and induction hobs), very functional, is perfectly equipped to prepare large meals or quick snacks. Similarly, the rental offers a 30 m2 wooden terrace on the ground floor with all garden furniture and a plancha to cook delicious market produce, then a second 20 m2 terrace upstairs. 2 sunbeds await you on each terrace. Even in the heart of the resort, you can enjoy sunshine and tranquillity in the shade (or not!) of the parasol. The accommodation has a television, conducive to relaxation after returning from the market located 350 m away or from the beach located 400 m on foot. The modern decor of this beautiful house, carefully established, uses soothing natural tones.

The 20 m2 garage (4.45x2.60) allows you to park your bicycles, motorcycle or car (of small size). Please note that street parking spaces are paid. Park, drop your bags and enjoy your stay where everything is walkable from the rental!



In Aux Sables d'Olonne, the residence is ideally located to forget the car. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The seafront, its villas and the large beach are 400 m away, to relax on the sand, discover surfing or paddle boarding. Beaches with a more authentic environment extend beyond the port. Cycle paths and trails allow pleasant walks towards the dunes, salt marshes and forest. By bike or by car, you can reach the port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie or the island of Noirmoutier via the famous Passage du Gois. The programme of museums and events allows you to combine cultural activities and heritage discovery.
