About this house rental

rent, in a very popular and quiet area of Les Sables d Olonne, 5 minutes walk from the station, a pavilion renovated with taste in 2017, composed of two independent apartments, through, 6O and 65 m2, not overlooked, nice , bright, modern decor and neat, with enclosed garden and very quiet, facing south, with barbecue, for aperitifs with family or friends
each apartment is equipped with a W M C
 Ideal for 2 families of 4 people. (possibility of additional person to see with the owner)

Possibility to rent a single apartment (price 110 euros per night).
Attention deposit to give in check on the arrival, or possibility to include it directly in the estimate, the deposit will be returned within 15 days after making the inventory of fixtures.
Each apartment, equipped with nine, consists of a kitchen open to living room in succession with view on the garden.
Living room Living room: wall-mounted TV stand with flat screen TV, sideboard, sofa bed (sleeping 2 pers) extra possible (see with owner)

Each equipped kitchen has:
bar furniture with 2 bar stools, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, pressure cooker, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaner , ironing board and iron, drying rack,
 
Each apartment is composed of two rooms:
1 master bedroom with double bed (140x190), wardrobe.
1 bedroom with bunk beds 2X90X190 (first floor) or loft bed (90X200) and sofa bed below 2 people, wardrobe on (ground floor),
A bathroom with shower, vanity unit, high cabinet 2 doors with hair dryer mirrors, storage and bath mats. in each apartment.
Separate toilet in each apartment.

Terrace on the ground floor: sheltered by a pergola, 1 table, 1 bench, 4 chairs, 1 bar table, 2 bar stools. outdoor lighting for evening meals

Terrace on the 1st floor: sheltered by an umbrella, 1 table, 1 bench, 4 chairs and a small living room of garden, (low table, 1 armchair of 2 persons and 2 armchairs of a person) external lighting for the evening meals.

South facing garden, fenced, trees, lawn, garden sink, barbecue, drying rack, possibility sunbeds parasol and toys for children.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels provided (Package 90 euros for 8 people),
Baby Equipment Package (20 euros per week) on request (stroller, cot, high chair, bath, safety gate, potty, beach tent, outdoor toys). To be paid upon arrival.
A deposit of 100 euros for cleaning will be requested upon arrival, and will be returned upon departure after inventory if cleaning is done properly.
Everything on foot: TGV station and bus station, taxis, restaurants, bar, banks, bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, large place of Liberty 5 minutes. on foot
Great Beach, fishing port and marina, pedestrian street, market, downtown, embankment walk 10 minutes walk.

Renters of bicycles and cars nearby.

TOURISM :
Zoo, aquarium, seashell museum, island penotte, embankment, 2 casinos, bowling, golf, discotheque, cinema, swimming pool (spa, jacuzzi, hammam).
Free entertainment every night (July, August) on the Embankment (only pedestrian zone from 18h to 24h) and on the quai de la Chaume street shows
Free shuttle buses to the beaches. (July and August)
3 smuggling boats between the district of La Chaume and the Sables dOlonne.

Très bien placé, ce logement est très agréable et confortable. Monique et son fils sont adorables et très arrangeants. Ils ont pensé à tout, le logement est très bien équipé. Le jardin est joli et bien fleuri ! Une belle adresse

Logement confortable bien équipé avec goût/ jardin de ville fleuri agréable à vivre , près du centre et de la mer ainsi que de l'animation du port. Quartier tranquille et accessible (gare proche ) Disponibilité du propriétaire.

Il s'agit d'une très belle maison, bien entretenue, bien agencée, pratique avec les enfants, et avec tout le nécessaire possible. Le jardin est très agréable et reposant. La localisation est idéale et pratique. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour en Vendée et aux sables d'Olonnes. Monique est une dame charmante qui fait le maximum pour que les hôtes se sentent au mieux.
