Welcome to ROSE Vacances! So that you can prepare your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday.
Capacity: up to 8 people garden, terrace and free shuttles a 2-minute walk away.
The house includes:
Living room-dining room under veranda with corner sofa, dining table and access to terrace/garden.
Independent equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, kettle, Senseo coffee maker filter coffee maker).
Second living room with TV, 1 double sofa bed and WIFI.
3 bedrooms with 140cm beds, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom (shower toilet).
1 shared room with double sofa bed.
2nd bathroom (bathtub, vanity unit, towel rail, hair dryer).
1 independent toilet.
Exterior:
Terrace with pergola, enclosed garden.
Above-ground swimming pool (July/August).
Charcoal barbecue, gas plancha, garden furniture.
4 adult bicycles available 1 teenage mountain bike.
Parking: 1 private space easy street parking.
Localisation:
5 minutes' walk from the Vendée Globe pontoon.
15 minutes from the town centre and the station.
20 minutes from the main beach and the market halls.

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.
Exit Instructions Mandatory
The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:
Wash and put away the dishes
Empty the refrigerator
Take out the bins to the designated locations
Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
