Family-friendly and functional house in the Arago district, just a stone's throw from the large beach of Sables d'Olonne.
Capacity: up to 8 people.
Ideally located in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market. City centre, station, shops and beach all within walking distance.
The house includes:
Living room-lounge with sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi and dining table
Equipped independent kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, Senseo coffee maker
Utility room with dishwasher and washing machine
Night side:
Ground floor bedroom: 160 bed, wardrobe
In maisonette: 2 bedrooms and in each bedroom a 140 bed and bunk bed.
Sanitary facilities:
Bathroom with shower, sink, storage unit, hairdryer, toilet
Independent toilet under porch practical outdoor shower for returning from the beach
Exterior: large quiet enclosed terrace, garden furniture, gas plancha.
Free and paid parking on the street.
1 minute walk from Arago market.
6 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.
5 minutes by car from the SNCF train station and town centre.

Take out the bins to the designated locations
Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation
