Remodeled in 2022, this 3br/2ba home has a full kitchen, barbeque, 7 person spa, a putting green and cornhole setup, an outdoor firepit and shower, a covered patio with outdoor dining and a 50" outdoor TV for relaxing after a great day in sunny North Tempe or Scottsdale. 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Outstanding location in North Tempe near the ASU campus/Mill Avenue and Oldtown Scottsdale.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect and had every utensil you could imagine. Meticulously clean throughout with an amazing outdoor space. Seamless check in thank you Jay. We will be back.

This house was a perfect place to stay for our week of golf in the desert. Absolutely love the outside space. The hot tub and chipping green were perfect for the mornings and evenings. The grapefruit tree was a nice treat and there was plenty of fruit on it this time of year. The kitchen had everything we needed and I love that some condiments were provided in the fridge (butter, ketchup, hot sauce, etc). Next time I am in this area I would love to stay here again.

Beautifully appointed house with all the amenities. Jay was more than helpful to make our stay more comfortable. All the perks of being at home. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many attractions. I would stay here again if ever in Phoenix. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us
