Southern Village Estates is conveniently located close to Arizona State University, Mill Ave and Tempe Mills Shopping, South Mountain hiking, the Phoenix, Zoo, and many professional sports activities. Light rail is 2.5 mile away for transport to downtown Phoenix or the airport. The 10, 202, and Superstition freeways are very accessible. This beautiful condo complex is on a quiet cul de sac away from the hussle but very close to everything Tempe has to offer.
The unit contains Macys Hotel Collection linens and towels. The large living area has sleeper sofa and love seat. Master Bedroom has a QUEEN bed. Rooms 2 & 3 have FULL size beds. Mattresses are upgraded "Sealy" There is a SMART TV in the master BR with access to NETFLIX. All flooring is tile or laminate wood in the bedroom. Bathrooms are remodeled and modern.

I would definitely stay here again. It was a great home for us. Location was very convenient for our activities. The home was clean and well furnished. The check in process was easy, ample keys for guests and the host checked in on us. The wifi was good. I can't vouch for TV usage since we never turned them on. Park and swimming pool close by. We never had the opportunity to try the pool due to busy schedule. Once again I would like to mention that I would stay here again and the host made the process very easy.

This home was conveniently located in Tempe near ASU, shopping, great attractions, and airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the gate code upon my arrival- very inconvenient- but the owner called back within a few minutes of my initial call. The welcome manual was poorly put together; not a great first impression, and did not include check-out instructions. We were disappointed that the drain in the main bath was clogged, which meant that we all had to use the master bathroom; which by the way was very nice. The two of the three beds were also uncomfortable and noisy, and extra pillows (or nicer quality) would have been nice. Overall, the rental was affordable and clean..but a lack of attention/care was obvious.
