Pool, seating area, grill, putting green/sand pit, corn hole, fire pit seating in spacious back yard. Air hockey has its own separate playing space. Master bedroom with walk in closet and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom with 2-twin beds/sitting area with futon bed. 3rd bedroom with King bed (can be converted to 2 twin.
