This tucked away townhouse provides a sanctuary close to all the best attractions. This 3 bed two bath townhouse is tucked into a small community in the heart of metro Phoenix. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is set up for an at home office with a futon couch. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with a new washer dryer. The kitchen opens into the living room which has a vaulted ceiling, TV and a fireplace. The living room opens to the deck where outdoor patio dining is set up. Pool and hot tub are located in the center of the property and are accessible via key in the townhouse.

I live nearby and rented this lovely place for visiting family in town for ASU graduation. It was fantastic and the host responded very quickly when I had questions.

Make sure to correspond with the property owner before you arrive. We arrived late in the evening and expected there to be information on the listing of how to get in. When I looked, it said, a code will be emailed to me. Well, a code was never emailed, the property manager didn’t answer texts or phone calls and vrbo didn’t have the info and couldn’t get a hold of the property manager either. We had to find and go stay at hotel a few miles away for the first evening, which was quite a pain, late at night with two kids. We got the code in the morning and expected more than just “I’m sorry that happened” as they explained the code was supposed to be automatically emailed but wasn’t. I am happy to say that between vrbo’s guarantee policy and the owner, the complete cost of hotel was paid for, and I do really appreciate that.
The unit itself was fine when we got in. It has three bedrooms, two furnished with beds. Since it says it sleeps 6, I thought there would be a pullout for the kids, but there was only a flat couch that didn’t pull out. So we put one kid there and one on the couch. But there was only one extra blanket so my son was freezing on the flat couch in the bedroom, even with the two small throws they had (kind of like rugs/ not warm and cozy) and the hoodies we bought piled in him. The next night, he squeezed in with grandma in her bed so he could be warm.
I’d suggest they have a broom available and have extra toilet paper. We had only 2 rolls for 3 nights.
