Le seul problème rencontré lors du séjour est le bruit que fait le compteur dans le petit cagibi.

The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the host was initially very friendly. On the second day of our stay, I informed the host that an unpleasant sewage odor was coming from the shower and sink area in the bathroom and, because the bathroom was connected to the bedroom, the smell spread into the bedroom as well. The host seemed surprised and apologized, but due to scheduling constraints he was unable to address the issue. Unfortunately, the odor returned every evening and night for the remainder of our stay. It was not dramatic, but it was unpleasant and affected our sleep, which is why I contacted Booking.com to request a partial refund. What disappointed me far more, however, was what happened afterwards. After I contacted Booking.com, the previously friendly communication changed completely. I received accusations regarding dirty dishes, a damaged bathroom, and other alleged issues, as well as a private request to send money for additional cleaning costs. I disputed these claims and reported the matter to Booking.com, which ultimately granted compensation. I am saddened and shocked by the unprofessional way this situation was handled. The apartment itself has many positive qualities, but future guests should be aware not only of the recurring odor problem but also of how complaints may be dealt with.
