Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny! Salon z kuchnią + 2 sypialnie, łazienka i osobno WC, do tego balkon i podziemny garaż otwierany linkiem w smartfonie. W apartamencie cicho i spokojnie mimo pobliskiej ruchliwej ulicy. Czytelna i prosta instrukcja zameldowania i wymeldowania. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra mając na uwadze cenę apartamentu. Często jeżdżącym autobusem 207 dotrzemy pod popularne miejsca nad Wełtawą w ok. 15 min. Ten apartament to był strzał w 10!
Drobnostki do których można się przyczepić to skrzypiące i trochę twarde łóżka pojedyncze w jednym pokoju, panele podłogowe do małej poprawki i brak anteny telewizyjnej podłączonej do telewizora (w zamian Netflix i inne serwisy VOD)

Domluva s majitelem byla super. Vše krásné popsáno v zaslaném manuálu. Byt byl klidný. Dobře situovaný. Čistota byla perfektní. V bytě bylo krásné ticho. Navíc jsme cestovali s malým dítětem a vice místností jsme hledali a našli právě toto. Bylo super, že tam byl dětský pokoj, ložnice a obývák na druhé straně bytu od ložnic. V dětském pokoji byly i nějaké hračky, takže i to bylo velké plus.
Je to ale opravdu jen na krátkodobé přespávání. Není tam například pračka.
Je to individuální, ale za nás byla matrace v manželské posteli opravdu tvrdá.

Le propriétaire est très réactif et à l'écoute.

Saubere Wohnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt, perfekte Garage. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Prag komme ich wieder hierher.
Die zwei Einzelbetten sind nicht nur hart, sondern knacken ziemlich laut.
Je nach Verkehrslage kann die Autofahrt ins Zentrum zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten Dauern.
