The location , the staff was Amazing!!! So clean and cute and very easy to locate and check in and out

La ubicación es estupenda, es un barrio muy ameno que ofrece todo lo que se puede necesitar super cerca del centro a la vez que evitas las zonas súper turísticas. El apartamento está super equipado, todo lo necesario para tener una estancia fantástica y el personal muy atento.

Cabría reparar algunas cosas que, por el uso, empiezan a parecer vetusta y usadas. Pero nada que perjudique la estancia.

The property is modern and spacious.

On arrival our room was not ready for check in, despite this being pre arranged. We checked into no water for half a day and no heating for a day and half with sub zero temperatures outside. Upon report the heating issue we were provided with a small plug in electrical heater which also didn’t work. For 2 days the ground floor was being painted and the smell was horrendous, literally took your breath away - the chemicals in this should not have been used while you had guests staying. Our neighbors were loud and kept up awake prior to them going out at midnight every night, they then woke us up around 5ish every morning when they came home shouting and singing. On the day of leaving the loft only went to the second floor meaning that we have to lift our case down 2 flights of stairs - this was due to how the set up was for painting the ground floor. While the place is modern, spacious and well played with good amenities - given our experience while we were there we would not recommend you or stay here again.
