Gut angebundenes Apartment im 5. Stock eines Altbaus ohne Fahrstuhl. Mit der Straßenbahn, die alle paar Minuten fährt, ist man in 10 Minuten im historischen Zentrum. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Am Wochenende kann man auf der Straße kostenlos parken. Die Wohnung selbst ist auch für größere Gruppen geräumig. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen und eine gesonderte Toilette.
Das Apartment hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Abnutzungsspuren gibt es überall, z.B. nicht funktionale Beleuchtung etc. Das wäre aber nicht so schlimm, wenn es wenigstens sauber wäre. Das ist es aber leider nur oberflächlich, aber wenn man genau hinschaut ist überall Schmutz. Sehr schade!
