The location is excellent with supermarket and public transport stations reachable with just a short walk, old town reachable just a few tram stops away and overlooking a nice calm street - beautiful big windows! it’s spacious enough for two people easily and made a great homebase for our stay. host communication was super nice and check-in instructions were well detailed even including pictures to locate the key safe :-)
the windows were unfortunately a bit beat up and only partly closed. for summer it was fine, but in colder temperatures might be uncomfy. the only thing we were sorely missing was a shelf to put our things on in the bathroom!

Location great, overall quiet and I liked that it wasn't directly in town. Super convenient to trams and a short walk into town too. It also had all the basic equipment you need to cook and an added bonus was the washing machine. Overall cleanliness was great too.
The mattress thickness wasn't great and I felt like I was sleeping right on the bed frame at times. It would be great to have a tea towel available or a drying rack for the plates. Some of the cupboards were a little worn but still worked fine.

Apartamento interessante, simples mas num edifício bonito e seguro.
Ainda que não seja longe do centro são ainda 30 minutos a pé mas faz-se bem. Quanto ao apartamento em si, as janelas não fechavam direito, daí estarem presas com pedaços de papel. Não havia mais roupa para a cama pelo que apenas havia um pequeno cobertor, ficando à noite um pouco frio. Outro ponto negativo ainda que não seja culpa do proprietário era o barulho, sempre algum barulho no prédio durante a noite com pessoas a falta alto.
