Žižkov Cosy Studio Apartments

The location was excellent, and the property was exactly as described.

Nothing at all, everything was great.

no draining holder for plates after washing them. A non-slip mat in the shower would be good , the tiled floor was very slippy. red notice on the spin dryer , "empty the water container after use " It was full when I checked it!

The owner gave us clear directions to reach the apartment without any issues, which is much appreciated, as it was late, dark and raining when we landed in Prague from Barcelona. The Apartment is cozy and clean, with good connectivity to the tram line. Central railway station is also close by if the next journey is by train.

The cleaning lady was very rude when all we did was ask for a set of fresh towels (as our stay was for 5 days/nights) even when the owner said we could have a fresh set. She literally threw the towels at our face (the reason being - they offer only one set of towels for the entire stay, and we didn't know this). The owner should note that this kind of rude and unruly behaviour is not acceptable, and should give a strict warning to the lady in reference. We were almost considering taking this complaint a little more seriously, but we chose to disregard it. Afterall, everyone is staying by paying a price - she could have just said that a spare set isn't available, instead of throwing things and shouting at the top of her voice. By the way, the cleaning staff don't speak/understand English.
