God beliggenhed, tæt på sporvogne. Nem indtjekning, får koder dagen før. God størrelse på badeværelset Infooplysningerne på indtjeningen var gode, tekst og billeder.

Der manglede lys ved indgangen, når man kommer sent. Der er trappetrin man kan opdage for sent. Sengene var til den hårde side. Værten svarer ikke på mail, mens vi var der! Der er ikke lager af toiletpapir/ affaldsposer ved længere ophold. Man får en forklaring på aflevering af affald, men ingen poser. Ikke egnet til gangbesværet, pga mange trapper

Everything was ok,clean,quiet place,near to bus station,to markets,to center...I reccomend it

The owner gave us clear directions to reach the apartment without any issues, which is much appreciated, as it was late, dark and raining when we landed in Prague from Barcelona. The Apartment is cozy and clean, with good connectivity to the tram line. Central railway station is also close by if the next journey is by train.

The cleaning lady was very rude when all we did was ask for a set of fresh towels (as our stay was for 5 days/nights) even when the owner said we could have a fresh set. She literally threw the towels at our face (the reason being - they offer only one set of towels for the entire stay, and we didn't know this). The owner should note that this kind of rude and unruly behaviour is not acceptable, and should give a strict warning to the lady in reference. We were almost considering taking this complaint a little more seriously, but we chose to disregard it. Afterall, everyone is staying by paying a price - she could have just said that a spare set isn't available, instead of throwing things and shouting at the top of her voice. By the way, the cleaning staff don't speak/understand English.
