Offering 58 m² of thoughtfully designed living space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Situated in a modern residential building with elevator access (please note that a few stairs are required to reach the elevator from the building entrance), the apartment combines comfort, practicality, and a convenient location. One of the apartment`s greatest advantages is the free private parking space located in the building`s garage, allowing for stress-free arrivals and easy exploration of Prague by car.

The lower floor features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and direct access to a private terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for everyday living, such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware. A separate toilet and a washing machine are also located on this level for added convenience. Upstairs, you will find a cozy bedroom furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a dedicated work desk, making the apartment well-suited for remote work or longer stays. The upper floor also features a modern bathroom with a shower.

For guests traveling with children, a baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of 15 EUR per stay. We kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

The apartment is located in the popular Žižkov neighborhood, known for its authentic local atmosphere, excellent restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and vibrant cultural scene. Nearby tram stops provide quick and direct connections to Prague`s historic center, while many local shops, supermarkets, and everyday services are within walking distance. Prague`s most famous attractions, including Wenceslas Square, the Old Town, and Charles Bridge, can be reached within minutes by public transport, allowing you to enjoy both the charm of a residential neighborhood and easy access to the city`s highlights.

Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €80 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 300 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
